The Spencer Wing is a 22 bed independent hospital owned and operated by East Kent Medical Services Ltd. Opened in October 1998, we work in partnership with East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust to provide a full range of private healthcare treatments for patients throughout East Kent. We are also registered to treat children over the age of 3 yrs. The Spencer Wing is a purpose built hospital located close to the Accident & Emergency unit of the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate. Accordingly, our patients have full access to the treatment and operating facilities of the QEQM Hospital. That is extra reassurance for our patients and their families. We are not part of a large hospital group and as a result we can take a more flexible approach, offering each patient the individual care and attention that they need to make a speedy recovery. |
